Possible to create enhancer based upon anime2real?

Thanks for this lora, it works amazing! I saw a comment on civitai that said using it on live-action and CGI can enhance details and it does, but of course it's trained to make anime into real, so it tries to change any faces into human faces. Would it be possible to make an enhancer based on the dataset used to make anime2real, but without it trying to make things real/human?
Certainly, I can train a model that improves the details soon.
