A PDF-grounding benchmark for healthcare document work.

Tasks are loaded from the published dataset

(revision `v1.0`): 25 expert-authored tasks over 25 real CDC and FDA documents, spanning 7 clinical and
pharmacy occupations. The bundled `tasks.json` and `docs/` are a fallback only — if the Hub is unreachable
the Space degrades to those five demo tasks instead of failing to start.

Environment overrides: `HEALTHCARE_PDF_DATASET`, `HEALTHCARE_PDF_REVISION`, `HEALTHCARE_PDF_LOCAL=1`.
